  • Easy returns: 7-day return window from delivery date.
  • Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, original tags & packing intact.
  • Non-returnable: Innerwear, accessories marked final sale, personalized items, gift cards.
  • How to return:
    1. Submit request via “Track/Return Order” with order ID.
    2. Choose pickup (where available) or self-ship to our returns address.
    3. On QC approval, we process refund/credit.
  • Refund method: Original payment method or store credit (faster). COD refunds via bank transfer.
  • Timelines: QC 2–4 business days after we receive; refund reflection 3–7 business days.
  • Defects/wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll replace or refund.
  • Exchanges: Create a return for the original and place a new order for the desired size.
