- Easy returns: 7-day return window from delivery date.
- Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, original tags & packing intact.
- Non-returnable: Innerwear, accessories marked final sale, personalized items, gift cards.
- How to return:
- Submit request via “Track/Return Order” with order ID.
- Choose pickup (where available) or self-ship to our returns address.
- On QC approval, we process refund/credit.
- Refund method: Original payment method or store credit (faster). COD refunds via bank transfer.
- Timelines: QC 2–4 business days after we receive; refund reflection 3–7 business days.
- Defects/wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll replace or refund.
- Exchanges: Create a return for the original and place a new order for the desired size.
